At the beginning of quarantine, when the streets of Portland were still empty, we made this short dance film. At the time, the future felt dark and uncertain, but the making of it lifted our spirits. It still stands as a reminder to keep on dancing, even through the toughest of times.

A tribute to Alfareria Juanita, a black pottery shop in San Bartolo, Coyotopec operated by Fidel and Lorena. This shop is four generations old and the two continue to utilize the techniques of those who have come before them.
